Application Requirements

Below are the minimum requirements for each applicant. All adults (18 years of age and older) desiring to reside in the property must complete an application.

• Minimum Credit Score of 600* (unless otherwise stated on rental listing)
• Verifiable Monthly Income of at least three times (3x) the Monthly Rent
• Must provide all landlord contact info for past 2-4 years of residency
• Copy of Government Issued form of Identification
• No Felony convictions
• No Eviction history or unpaid balances due to previous landlords
• All Cosigners must have a credit score of 700 or above and meet all other application requirements

Both an application and an in-person showing is required to be considered. Applications will be processed first come first served in the order of completing both requirements.
