When is my rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month with a 5-day grace period. Rent must be paid by 4:30pm on the 5th of each month to avoid late fees. -
Where can I pay rent?
You can pay rent through your tenant portal with an E-Check from your checking or savings account or by dropping off a check or money order made out to: GoGo Property Management, 105 E North St, Greenville, SC 29601. -
What can be deducted from my security deposit?
The landlord can deduct any outstanding rent, late fees, cleaning fees, or any damages beyond normal wear and tear. -
When will I receive my security deposit?
Security deposits along with any itemized deductions will be returned to you within 30 days from the end of the lease. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Any pet would have to be screened and if approved, you must sign a pet addendum and pay the $100 non-refundable pet deposit with a $25 monthly pet fee. -
Can I make changes to the property?
You must receive written approval from GoGo Property Management before making any changes to the property. -
How do I give my notice to vacate upon my lease termination?
60 Days written notice prior to your lease ending is required by your lease agreement. You can end your lease on this website under the tenant tab “Notice to Vacate”. -
How can I renew my lease?
We will contact you 3-4 months prior to your lease expiration date to discuss your lease renewal options. -
How can I request a maintenance repair to the property?
We ask that you utilize your tenant portal so all maintenance requests go to your specific property manager. -
Who is responsible for Lawn Care?
Landscaping is always tenant's responsibility unless a condo or duplex
